The CRPNM debit plan
If you currently are, or once were, a registrant with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba, you can make monthly donations (February to October included) through the CRPNM debit plan. Send your wish to do so, along with a cheque marked “void” and the CRPNM will debit your account for whatever amount you determine for nine months of the year. Please download the form below and send along with your void cheque.
A Monthly or Annual donation
If you are not a member of the CRPNM, you can make a regular monthly or annual donation by sending a cheque to the RPNF. Donations may also be made by credit card by using the secure CanadaHelps website. Please download the form below and send along with your cheque.
Honouring a colleague/friend/relative
If you wish to honour a Registered Psychiatric Nurse upon their retirement, the receipt of an award or other memorable event, you may send in a cheque donation in their honour and the Foundation will send that person a card stating that a donation has been made in their honour by you. If you are using a credit card, you may use the secure CanadaHelps website. Please download the form below and send along with your cheque.
Remembering a colleague/friend/relative
In Memoriam cards are available to remember a colleague/friend/relative upon their passing. A card is sent to the family indicating that you have made a donation in memory of the person who has passed. If you do not have access to a “In Memoriam” card, a letter can be sent to the RPNF with a cheque or your credit card information and a card will be sent to the family notifying them of your donation. If you are using a credit card, you may use the secure CanadaHelps website. Please download the form below and send along with your cheque.
